RULES
Must be an Elsie Pea Forum Member
No Minimum Post Count to Enter or Win

1. Limit of 500 tickets to be sold.
2. One ticket per each $5.00 donation.
3. Drawing will be announced within 24 hours of the sale of the 500th raffle ticket
4. Prizes are brand new products with all included accessories from factory.
5. By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm won, have intention of using the firearm only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm won. The firearm will not be shipped to states or localities where it's ownership is illegal.
6. Winning ticket numbers and prizes won will be posted on the website www.elsiepeaforum.com . To protect the winner's identity, the forum members userID will be posted.
7. Proceeds of the raffle benefit the Elsie Pea Forum and it's website hosting and maintenance costs.
8. You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket.
9. Raffle is void where prohibited.
10. All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply.
11. All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws for the legal residence of winning ticket holder.
12. Winners must be at least 21 years old to take possession of the handgun.
13. Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm won is legal in their state, city or town, prior to taking possession of firearm and that they are of legal age.
14. Winners will be notified, using the name, address and phone number, that the purchaser has provided with their entry Prizes are not transferable, the person designated in the transaction must claim the prize. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE CONTEST CONCLUSION.
15. Winner will receive firearm directly from a FFL dealer only, all applicable laws will apply.
16. The Firearm and the CT Laser will NOT be transferred out of the United States.
17. Elsie Pea Forum makes no warranty of firearm or other prize products. Winners will deal directly with manufacturer(s) if problem arises.
18. Elsie Pea Forum makes no claims of firearm or products suitability of purpose.  The winner will hold harmless the Elsie Pea Forum, it's owners, moderators, and staff from any and all liability for injury and/or death resulting from the use thereof of items won in this raffle. Elsie Pea Forum limits any and all monetary liability to the purchase price of ticket purchased.
